Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the purchase date.
To be eligible for a refund, you must demonstrate that the course content did not meet the advertised standards or expectations.

2. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds are not provided in the following cases:

The purchase was made beyond the 7-day refund window.
If more than 20% of the course content has been accessed or downloaded.
Technical issues not reported within 24 hours of occurrence.
Refund requests without valid reasoning or evidence.

3. Refund Process

To request a refund:

Include your purchase receipt, full name, and the reason for your request.
Refund requests will be reviewed within 7 business days, and a response will be sent to the email provided.

If approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 10 business days.

5. Course Cancellation

In the event Excell Tech cancels the course due to unforeseen circumstances, all affected participants will receive a full refund automatically.
